Terms & Conditions

By accepting this quote and scheduling service with Tidal Wash Solutions, LLC, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Work

Services Provided: Tidal Wash Solutions, LLC will perform the pressure washing/soft washing services explicitly detailed in the provided quote. Any additional areas requested on-site will require an updated quote and approval before work begins.
Expected Results: While we use professional-grade equipment and industry-standard cleaning solutions, some stains (such as oil, rust, battery acid, severe mold shadowing, or artillery fungus) may be permanent. We cannot guarantee 100% removal of deeply embedded stains.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service, the Customer agrees to complete the following prior to our arrival:

Clear the Work Area: Move all personal belongings, patio furniture, grills, planters, vehicles, decorations, and doormats away from the areas to be cleaned. Tidal Wash Solutions, LLC is not responsible for moving personal property and is not liable for damage to items left in the work area.
Secure the Property: Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut and latched.
Water Access: Provide access to a reliable, working outdoor water spigot with standard water pressure. If a water source is unavailable, this must be disclosed prior to scheduling.
Pet and Child Safety: Keep all pets and children indoors for the entire duration of the service and until treated areas are completely dry.
Electrical Safety: Ensure all outdoor electrical outlets are covered/waterproofed or switched off from the breaker.

3. Damages & Pre-Existing Conditions

Pre-existing Damage: Tidal Wash Solutions, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: loose siding, cracked stucco, rotting wood, failing window seals, degraded mortar, or broken concrete. We will note visible pre-existing damage prior to starting.
Water Intrusion: While we take extreme care, pressure washing involves high volumes of water. We are not responsible for water intrusion through faulty window/door seals or structural defects.

4. Plants and Vegetation

We utilize a thorough pre-wetting and post-rinsing process to protect your landscaping from our cleaning solutions. However, the Customer acknowledges that minor leaf burn or temporary discoloration of sensitive plants can occasionally occur and agrees that Tidal Wash Solutions, LLC is not liable for minor plant damage.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Weather Policy: Pressure washing is a weather-dependent service. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or freezing temperatures), we reserve the right to reschedule for the safety of our crew and your property.

Cancellation: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept Cash, Check, Credit Cards, and electronic payment. A late fee of 5% or $25 may be applied to balances unpaid after 7 days.
